Once your design is confirmed, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your slot. Rugs typically take 3-5 weeks to handcraft, depending on the size and detail.

We always will keep you updated every step of the way. The final balance is due before shipping.

Changes are possible within 24 hours of ordering - after that, we may have already started your rug.

We offer a range of optional extras to personalise your rug:

• Colour Matching - £20 (match exact shades or hex codes)

• Wall-hanging loops - £15 (comes with a universal kit)

• Detailed Carving - £60 (adds bold outlines, textures and 3D depth)

• Priority order - £20 (jump the queue if you’re in a rush")

The price of international shipping depends on your location and rug size.

Since each rug is made to order, we don’t accept returns. However, if something’s wrong, we’ll always try to make it right.

Let us know within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.

We recommend spot cleaning only - no machine washing. Keep your rug dry, vacuum gently, and avoid harsh chemical products.
